Meet Our Founder
Sunbeams LLC was founded by Denise Villamil who has 18 years of experience working with youth and families through non-profit work in various communities of Los Angeles. She has been able to identify the needs of youth and design creative programming to meet those needs. While managing teams and implementation of community based services she has been able to provide leadership development and training for various program staff. Her expertise range from designing content, curriculum , facilitating workshops, training teams and event planning.

Our mission is to provide creative programming, safe spaces for youth and families while promoting mindfulness and kindness. Sunbeams was created in the Spring of 2020. Sunbeams designs and implements programming, workshops, and training for all ages. Sunbeams creates curriculum and content around mental health awareness, mindfulness and self-care while promoting kindness and creativity.
