Art Workshops
Workshops are designed to foster creativity and promote confidence through
making art. Facilitators use motivational techniques to promote resilience and creative expression.
VIsion Board Workshops
Vision boards are used for personal goal setting and promoting
community peace.
Journaling Workshops
Journaling workshops are used to promote creative writing and learn
about mental health awareness.
Mindfulness Family Activities
We bring games and activities for families to do together. We create spaces to encourage bonding and creating memories.
Family Hikes
Family hikes take place once a month in partnership with the Audubon Center at Debs Park.
Community Pop Ups
We have been able to make lots of new friends visiting various communities. We have been able to see amazing work organizations are doing through resource fairs and community pop ups.
Summer Programming
Sunbeams has been touring various parts of Los Angeles County providing onsite workshops at parks and school campuses.
Team Building
Sunbeams has been connecting with teams and creating interactive team building days. We have been focusing on self care and leadership development.
