About Us

Our mission is to provide creative programming, safe spaces for youth and families while promoting mindfulness and kindness. Sunbeams was created in the Spring of 2020. Sunbeams designs and implements programming, workshops, and training for all ages. Sunbeams creates curriculum and content around mental health awareness, mindfulness and self-care while promoting kindness and creativity. Sunbeams provides customized programs through activities, workshops and interactive community events.

Events

Hands-on activities at community events, private parties or pop ups. We can entertain event guests or celebrate a special occasion.

Workshops

Virtual or in person workshops on mindfulness, mental health awareness, journaling, arts and crafts and much more.

Trainings

Sunbeams has a network of trainers or professionals in the fields of youth development, mental health awareness, self care , team building and leadership development.

Sunbeams believes in showing kindness to others by giving back and volunteering. By booking and hiring Sunbeams you help support and sponsor free community workshops and participation in community resource fairs at no costs to participants.
